Audit of financial statements
Our role is to enhance confidence in the financial statements prepared by the Department by examining financial statements and accounting books in accordance with Egyptian and international auditing standards, in order to form an opinion on the fairness of the financial statements and their adherence to international Egyptian standards for auditors and accountants and their adherence to legislative requirements and other regulations such as the corporate system.
• We are committed to carry out the external audit work efficiently, technically and professionally with high quality in addition to evaluating internal control systems through audit procedures and providing management with a management letter that includes all the observations and errors we found during the audit process and ways to address them in order to assist management to better perform and contain risks.

• We have extensive experience in auditing and reviewing enterprises of all kinds, commercial, industrial, service, non-profit and all their legal forms. The company’s active audit plan meets the requirements of the audit process.
• We provide a wide range of financial reporting services that are prepared according to the following criteria: – International Standards for the Review of Financial Listings.
– IFRS.
Audit of financial statements
After examining the samples selected based on the plan approved by the group, the documents and audit evidence are evaluated, and a report is prepared showing all the problems and arithmetic errors encountered, and if there are any deviations in the application of the international accounting standards adopted by Egypt IFRS or contrary to the application of the approved corporate system and related regulations.
